Artist Profile
As with any gift of great value, there comes an awesome responsibility. For many years I have reguarded my art as such a gift. Because of this responsibility, I have spent a great deal of time anguishing over what venue would be the most meaningful and effective for my work.
Creative integrity has always being the paramount factor, I never wanted to compromise my work simply to please others or satisfy their expectations. Nor to benefit monetarily from potential clients. Such motives would only serve to put me in bondage. What a tragedy,to be in bondage by doing the very thing that was given to set one free! " That's the way of the World. "It is a far greater and precious experience when the viewer makes that magical connection within as he/she interacts with the pure object of creativity. This also explains why I was never inclined to enter the commercial art field.
The world is severely short-changed when artists are prohibited from sharing an un-adulterated version of their creativity to the extent that God, The MASTER CREATOR, intended them to be shared.
As a responsible steward of my gift, this is the venue I have chosen. It is my intent to share without compromise, the purest form of my creativity in the sincere hope that my work will demonstrate the power to communicate what the Spirit of God is saying through it, to the very spirit of Mankind.
Of the many artists who's works have been a source of inspiration and influence, here are the names of but a few; William Blake, Pablo Picasso, Renee Magritte, Ernie Barnes, Romare Bearden and Jean Michal Folon.
